El objetivo principal del Inbound Marketing es convivir en el día a día del usuario, utilizando los diferentes canales de comunicación, ofreciendo contenido de calidad que atraiga al consumidor.
Para ello la empresa debe de establecer una buena estrategia de Marketing de Contenidos, asignando un contenido que genere empatía en el consumidor y que este se convierta en prescriptor de nuestra marca.
Conocer al cliente es la clave para poder ofrecer “contenido a la carta”, que nos permita no sólo conseguir visitas, sino fidelizar y generar ese Engagement tan deseado por las marcas.
Tanto el blog, como las redes sociales, son los canales por los que principalmente la empresa se comunica en la red para generar esa atracción.
